✍️日本語の「幅」と「深さ」を直訳したものが、width（ウィズス）と depth（デプス）です。形容詞の wide（ワイド）と「深い」という意味の deep（ディープ）も合わせて覚えておきましょう。
日本語でいうところの「幅と深さを取る」は英語で create width and depth などと表現するのが良いと思います。その他にも provide を用いて表現することもできると思います。
